The Clash

While I'm not going to pretend to posses a lot of knowledge about this group, I do know that The Clash was instrumental to the revolution that was punk rock. For the most part, The Clash's music was pretty tame for punk, which helped them land some hits in the mainstream pop music scene. The group fizzled out shortly after their last album, Cut the Crap, was released.
